I am trying to seek advice from preschool teachers in vancouver who are having troubles securing contracts from their current employer for the next school term. More so, if your employer is also making you do managerial tasks beyond your required roles as a teacher, how are you asking for compensation? Or are we just sucking it up for the sake of keeping the job.

From what I understand, there is a shortage of preschools in vancouver. I would love to know how you are proving yourself to your employer beyond the usual means of negotiation, if there is such a thing. for reference, all certifications present and up-to date.
