Hey everyone! My wife just graduated and officially landed her first classroom! She’s taking over a 5th-grade ELA position at the same school where she’s been a paraprofessional.

I really want to get her something special to mark the milestone. She already has the "new teacher" basics covered (laminator, label maker, and tons of supplies are already checked off the list).

I’m looking for something in the $200-300 price range that will actually make her life easier or her classroom better. Since it’s ELA, I’m open to tech, classroom library ideas, or comfort items. What is the one thing you wish you had your first year that actually lasts?
