I switched my mom over to US Mobile months ago after a pleasant experience myself. She called me from her landline today to say her service had completely died (can’t call/text) and I gave her the US Mobile support number. They told her it was likely an “incomplete port” from ATT and ATT needs to fix it. I’m confused how this is possible after months of US Mobile working perfectly fine for her?

I’m unfortunately across the country from her so I can’t help in person. Any suggestions would be really helpful!
