I found these ornamental looking little pine trees in my neighborhood in Eugene Oregon. Ive wanted to do experiments with pine cones to make Mugolio or even the Noma pine cone olives. Does anyone know if these young pine cones are from an edible variety? I was under the impression only yew and Ponderosa Pine are** **main ones to avoid but Im a bit new to this :)
