I noticed that we had to sign a document that forbids us from striking. How does the union have any teeth if they are restricted from utilizing the most impactful tool in their belt?
I want to support the union and get involved if I can, but I don't know what to do or even if they want help or anything.
I asked my shop squidward about getting involved and she just joked about how she is over it and retiring soon so I can replace her. That kinda worried me a bit, but I still am interested. So how do I get involved?
Thank you
