Hard not to dislike Eren
I started watching years ago and Eren was my favorite character. He cares for his friends, is passionate, considered the hope for humanity and humanities rage against the titans. But I left off s3 years ago, picked it up again recently, and finished s4. Mikasa is by far my favorite now with Armin 2nd. Eren ofc changes so much in s4, but 1 of the main reasons I can’t like him anymore is how he drags everyone into having to kill him. That’s the worst possible thing that could’ve happened to Mikasa more than anyone.. She lost him in s1 and was able to relatively quickly find reason to live on… I say that because was Eren having her kill him truly the only way to “free” Mikasa? Why put everyone through the anguish. Eren could’ve just stopped himself? I guess maybe Ymir is really to blame
