Save a dry pork loin
I have since learned that I have been using the wrong cut of pork. No more tenderloin, will def switch to butt. That said I have in the fridge a dried out, slow cooked pork tenderloin. I would like to turn it into pulled pork.
Please advise. I really hate to waste it
