I have a gaming problem, however I only recognize it when I'm about to go to sleep after having wasted an entire day playing, i promise i won't touch the game tomorrow, but the moment I come back from school, it's automatic, i sit on the computer chair, 8 hours pass and I'm back at where i was, i really need advice please.
