(OH) How long is reasonable for a major repair?

So back in March I had put in a maintenance request regarding a leak in my roof. It was just in one spot and I put a bucket under it until the rain stopped.

The maintenance guys came over, walked around on the roof a bit, then left and marked the job as complete.

About a week later, it rained again and boom - roof is still leaking. So in went another request. I wasn't home the following day but they once again marked the request as complete.

No major storms since, but some smaller ones so I assumed it was over and done with since there was no noticable dripping.

Fast forward to tonight. Big storm. Now not only is that one spot leaking, but FOUR more spots are, and the leak can even be heard coming down the walls between my apartment and the one next to me.

I put in a rather less polite maintenance request this time, citing that the past two times the work was marked completely when it, in fact, was not, and that these are not reasonable living conditions when I have to constantly be trailing buckets all over my bedroom to catch water and have to sleep on my couch if it rains because of the damn dripping.

But my point is, it's now been almost two months since the first request with no actual proper fix in place for what is frankly a major issue. And unfortunately I already signed my lease for another year, and really truly desperately do not feel like moving both for the hassle and because I otherwise like living here. For a fix like this, what should / would be considered a reasonable time frame? And is there anything at all I can actually do about this?

This is mostly a rant, but a couple months ago I caught up and finished the series and I've kinda been stewing in these thoughts, but man I hate the nosedive Shigaraki takes after season 5.

I personally really enjoyed his arc over the first 5 seasons, going from being the childish, weak pawn of AFO to a real villain in his own right with his own strengths, his own inner power, and his own reasons to fight. It mirrored Deku in an awesome way and I was super excited to see them clash in the end.

But then... He just... Stops being in the show. Like he stops being a character. The whole AFO possession thing drives me crazy because they just completely remove him from the board so that AFO can swoop back in and be the main villain, but with no real setup for that being the case. They take away Shigaraki - a character who wants to burn down the society that failed him - and replace him with standard villain man #2276. They take all of his growth, strength, and presence as a character and go "Irrelevant he is AFO now". They take away everything he built with the League - the friendship and loyalty, and go "Irrelevant, they all work for AFO now."

I absolutely hate that even after everything Shigaraki was apparently still too weak mentally to hold up against AFO. It just feels so strange to me that they spent so much time building up Shigaraki as the main antagonist only to completely sweep him under the rug to replace him with a character who is far less interesting, with far less characterization, much weaker motives, and no real connection with the heroes at play. Because Shigaraki up through Season 5 was shaping up to be an all timer for me and then they just... Basically reduced him to a damsel in distress and removed him from the story.

Kinda curious how everyone else feels about how he was treated.
