Building a systematic "Treatise on Magic" set on real Earth. What sections would you want to study?

I’m writing a comprehensive magical compendium designed as a textbook for our "real world." It treats magic as a predictable science integrated with physics and biology.
The current "Curriculum" covers:

Cosmology: From standard physics to the Astral plane.
Magical Anatomy: The hidden organs and systems of the human body.
Systematic Runes: A logical, rule-based runic language (not just symbols).
Sigillometry: The geometry of magical seals.
The Mage’s Mind: The ethics and psychological toll of practicing magic.
Appendices include: A basic Bestiary, Material Science/Botany, and Occult History.
The Question: If you were a student of the occult sciences today, what niche topic would you want to see a chapter on? What "blind spots" do systematic magic systems usually have?

TL;DR: Creating a realistic, science-based magic textbook set on Earth. Looking for ideas for extra chapters or overlooked details.
