I just got my session ended with 1 prompt (first time), with Opus 4.6 on pro plan. It was a continuation from another session stopped way to soon by claude on another account. The session was ended in the terminal but in claude web I still have usage left. I had to logout and relogin to see correct usage... This is how you break flow...
