Could someone join my game very quickly to moo at me?

Ive been desperately grinding to try and get stuff for the cow level and just found out about the fast track to it via mooing at someone and had a random player moo by me.

Now because it was running by me and not mooing *AT* me it didnt count :( I was so excited after having a rough day at work and then immediately heartbroken when I realized it hadn't worked 😥

I dont usually make posts but I would really appreciate it if someone could spare a moment to moo or give me more information on this tactic🐮💜
