MahaReat (Rera Tribunal) refused to take a Misc Application on record.
I wanted to file a Misc Application in MahaReat. Since my appeal is pending final hearing, I was told by the registry staff to file praecipe first. I am appellant in person. So I filed the praecipe and on hearing date of that praecipe, judge didn't allow me to file MA. He didn't even see MA. MA was about securing possible judgement amount pending final hearing... I mean he could have heard the MA with due process and then denied the request.. but he didn't allow me to put facts on record... What to do?
