


My preordered book got returned to sender without me ever getting notified about it
As the title says, no hate or anything to Mark or his mom I know they've got nothing to do with UPS being a godawful service but omg I don't even know what to do. I tried contacting UPS but they rejected my claim without giving me a reason and now the book's been sent back?? What am I even supposed to do here I'm just so upset and I don't even think I can get a refund for this since it wasn't their fault.
I've been waiting since december, I was so excited I was able to order a signed copy and now it's gone and I can't seem to get help from anywhere.
I don't even know what the "importer's consumer or business identification number" is and even if I did I was never notified about this..
I'm sorry for venting, I know it's not really that deep but right now with everything going on this just felt like an extra kick below the belt by UPS....
I hope everyone else has had an easier time with their copies than I have
