Mac not wanting to open MakeMKV

I am a licensed user. I just downloaded the latest version of MakeMKV but cannot get my Mac to open the application anymore. Message says Mac is incapable of verifying whether it is malware. Does anyone else have this problem?

Bought 1000+ discs in my life. Never seen this damage on a new disc. Nonetheless, the disc plays perfectly.

Disc is from Mon Pire Cauchemar (Pathé).
