▲ 9 r/Tile

EDIT: I added more pictures in the comments to show it’s off center to the shower fixtures as well.

The shower drain was difficult to move because of a beam underneath, contractors were supposed to lift the shower floor slightly and do an elbow that way to center it but somehow it got lost in the shuffle (I’ve been renovating this house from abroad).

I am really upset that this happened and it’s not center. It is center left to right when you enter the bathroom but this is just not it.

It’s a Schluter pan in there and Schluter drain.

Tile is NOT grouted yet! What should I do?

  1. live with it and move on.
  2. because tile isn’t grouted yet, have them install a Schluter Tile-in cover instead of that silver grate so it at least blends into the floor and isn’t as obvious?
