Hi all! This is will be my third project ever and will be my first time adding different colors in one of my knits. For a pattern like this, is it best to cut the yarn every time I switch between colors or to carry the the main color up and cut the various contrast colors? Or a better method all together?

Of note:

- Each row ends with "sl 3 wyif" for the last 3 stitches -- not sure how this would affect carrying up the main color?

- There are a total of 10 stripes with contrast colors

I don't mind weaving in ends once I've finished. But I also want to work on forming good technique that will help me in future, more advanced projects. Thanks in advance!
