My organization recently moved to Cloudflare by way of them acquiring a real-time video provider named "Dyte". The migration to Cloudflare (technically) was fine, although Cloudflare's documentation for "RealtimeKit" is extremely lacking and missing all documentation about webhooks.
I have tried reaching out via their Community site as well as Discord, but nobody from Cloudflare has responded. It is ridiculous that users have absolutely no means of getting technical support for this product, especially during a mandatory, Cloudflare-driven migration from one platform to another.
By virtue of RealtimeKit's functionality, there is no concept of a "paid plan" where organizations can receive support as this is a usage-based charges product.
I am seeking out some help from other users who are facing similar issues with the inability to get support. Any recommendations other ways to find an actual person that can help? Their AI bot sucks and was useless and even acknowledged the missing documentation - and recommended I contact Support to let them know about the missing information.
I don't want to switch providers, but this is a major red flag that Cloudflare offers no support for this product.
