How it felt opening that damn paper

How is guilt presented in Macbeth
How is Dr Jekyll shown as troubled and disturbing

I did not revise quotes AT ALL so when I saw these questions I felt so free

Both had intro paragraphs
Both had 4 paragraphs
Macbeth had a conclusion
9 pages completed

Basically a paragraph a page

I ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE OF PASSING?!?

Literature

Does anyone actually know the reason for making a bunch of 15/16 year olds memorise as much as possible from 2 plays/novels and roughly 13 poems beside pain and suffering. I get that it’s to prevent culture and literacy from dying out but why have kids under extra stress with extra knowledge that they will never use again. I get if you want to be a teacher or something but surely that would be an extra education topic? Like something extra you can pick ( like other languages etc ) or a college subject
