This happened like around an hour ago. Just getting back home from work and right when were about to turn on our street, some shirtless dude has his hands drenched in blood with a bloody tee and is just walking down the sidewalk on stassney. Hella sus and i just wanted to know if someone has seen him or might know what happened (for future reference)hispanic, bit of facial hair, mid 20s, average height.
