For context, i live in a small town, so i don't know how great my body piercer actually is. My industrial piercing is 1 month old, and my piercer recommended we downsize it today. She just took my old piercing out completely and forced the new one in, without a taper. Is that normal/good? it hurt quite a bit, and i felt it pop trough, it bled a little. should i keep my healing process with her or should i look for a new piercer at a bigger town close to mine? I also think the bar is too small... im just tired of not trusting the piercer i chose, since everything i know ive gathered from the internet and can't be fully trusted, while she has done this for 10 years and has a couple of courses on her back
