I’m looking at getting a Weber Spirit E-425 Gas Bbq and comparing just sear zone vs. Plancha 50%. Both have a cash back offer on bbq world at the moment at the same price point.

This is my entry buying a bbq for the first time so am not very well versed in what to look for, any tips or ideas on the differences?
