Hello! Anyone here currently residing/have previously resided in Idesia Dasma? I'm planning to rent a house there sa Phase 2, however I still have a few questions and baka mayroon sa inyo here na makakasagot.
Is there available transpo from the gate of the subdivision to the houses? If none, kaya ba lakarin?
Pet-friendly?
Safe ba and secure? Do guards constantly roam the place and strict ba sila sa mga pinapapasok sa loob ng subdivisions?
Has nearby establishments (esp convenience stores)?
Ok ba yung signal? Please specify ano gamit niyong sim and wifi.
Ano source of water?
Overall experience living in Idesia?
Also, if mayroon ding nandito that's living in Amaris Phase 2, I would like to know your thoughts din regarding the same set of questions. Would really appreciate any answer! Thank you so much!
