Hey guys, I've been out of the game for like probably 6-8 years, but the spirit moved me and I decided to get back at it. I just sealed up an apple pie cyser 90 minutes ago. 19 lb wildflower honey, 3.5 gallons apple juice, 1.25 lb brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon sticks, ginger, clove and nutmeg. I pitched 71b-1112 with goferm. This is also the first time using bentonite at all, or pectinase in the primary. Pretty excited!
