My company is close to pulling the trigger on a 3-3.5m CRM build with D365 Sales, Experlogix CPQ, D365 Project Operations and D365 Field Service.
We are already using Business Central and Power BI.
I’m not the tech person, but I am one of the decision makers and I am wondering if this is a good time to invest in a CRM at this cost. I’m curious if we are better off taking a wait and see approach to see what kind of breakthroughs happen with AI before we handcuff ourselves to the Microsoft ecosystem.
Is this a good time to make this kind of technology investment?
