Do you guys think the game developers intentionally make the chance of getting the right weapon tuning stat (rcmd) for each path lower? Because I was constantly switch path between silkbind jade and bellstrike umbra, and I noticed that when I tuned the umbrella while on the silkbind path, I got Affinity rate and momentum stat ( I need these for my umbra build ) more ( but for Silkbind jade I need crit and agility ), when I switch back to bellstrike and started tuning, I got Crit and Agility.

This weapon tuning rng really frustrated me, how about you guys ? Any tips or trick with the tuning ?

Ok so about more than 2 hours from now the new update will be dropped, I'm currently still holding up to 200 gear lvl86 chests, while reading about the new tuning, relay, modulating etc... I'm still quite confused, so should I now open all those chests looking for 86 gear with good attribute, tuning that gear then relay that gear to turn it into lvl91 gear or should I just grind lvl91 gear like normal with easier time tuning it because the new update made it easier ?
