I just got a new white Q6 max and nothing I do works. It wont reset with the button under the space bar, or with shortcuts. It wont charge on 3 different wires after a full day trying to charge with the included cable. QMK sees the keychron dongle but wont recognize the keyboard. I messaged support but havent gotten a response.. Any suggestions?
