My workouts are boring me but im limited by bad knees. I used to be able to do 45 minutes on a 1 incline at a 5 speed and now im barely hitting 10 minutes. My weight stuff is the same three levels of hiit stuff, one day I do level 1, another level 2 another level 3. The regular weight stuff is the same, kettlebell is one of three different things I do. Im just so bored with it now. Im not losing weight anymore, im basically going through the motions. I took two days off for the weekend, did a good workout Monday then basically shit the bed the next two days. No gym membership, dont wanna get new stuff as space is limited. Any suggestions?
I have the following- treadmill, adjustable weights and kettlebell, row machine, battle rope, resistance bands
Was toying around with making a mini mini bat, nephews doing baseball and just experimenting. Nowhere near perfect, but this is my setup for it. How can I do better? I used a round carbide, and my main issues are making the top a bit more rounded like an actual mini bat, making the bottom less blocky looking, maybe less chunky at the top as well? Would like any suggestions
