Is the riverboat beached?
The riverboat has been sitting just south of the James MacDonald bridge for several hours now, without the paddles going. Just in the same spot. Was due back at the dock an hour ago. Just saw a police boat cruise up and a fire truck up on the bank.
Anyone on board got the inside scoop?
