How do I make friends?

Hi everyone! I’m 21F and I moved to Oakville about a month ago. I just graduated university from another city but all my friends are doing an extra semester so they still live there. I know nobody here and I’m honestly not the most extroverted person ever.

It was easy to make friends in university, especially in the city I lived in because it was a university town, and so I was surrounded by people my age literally everywhere. Moving here has been lovely so far, I just don’t know how to make friends yet lol. I welcome any suggestions you may have!

What is this? Ontario, Canada

Saw a bunch of these guys yesterday on my window ledge. I’m in Ontario, Canada. I have 2 window ledges in my bedroom and one in my bathroom and found them on all 3 ledges and a few on my bathroom floor. I gave everything a good clean and didn’t see any all day except this morning I saw a few. I tried to get a close up shot. If anyone knows what kind of bug this is I’d appreciate it! I’m extremely anxious around insects and I also have health anxiety lol so if this is a tick situation i’m going to lose it.
