Hey guys. I have a trading SaaS. It is a backtesting, journaling and fundamentals tool, made to help traders become better and provide them with macroeconomic data. we run a free trial (two weeks, now one) and have 15 paying users, with 4 currently on the free trial (been public for a couple of months.
now, our cancellation rate was 10% in first week, 90% in the second week, hence the reason for cutting it down. the actual conversion rate from trial to paid is around 55%.
most of this has been through organic growth on mine and some others trading discords. however, we are having a hard time gaining more growth through here. we are looking at getting affiliates, and have started some adverts too, which actually converted one person.
i was wondering if i could get any advice from you guys, on how to grow the product. there are people who provide marketing services, we could try them and see how it goes. we could also pay some influencers, although we do not have much capital. i also have a youtube channel, so i could just grow organically but very slowly through there (its very small).
how are you guys marketing? i feel the product is finished, it is a good product, but marketing is very hard, and it is the next step we have to take. do you guys have any thoughts? anything would be appreciated.
