Did the light pattern change for turning left onto 250 from Hydraulic Road? That was backed up so badly this morning that traffic stood at a standstill in the roundabout near Whole Foods (that I thought was supposed to fix this problem) and backed all the way up into the intersection of 29 and Hydraulic Road, causing more traffic.

I would have thought with UVA students out, congestion would be reduced… what happened? I know I am part of the “traffic” but the shear amount of cars on our tiny roads is becoming more and more unsustainable. Getting to be worse than Northern Virginia…
