Hello! I purchased this Tineke about 2 weeks ago from a Home Depot. (Last photo is when I first bought it). I pruned a couple leaves that look similar to the one pictured, but today I noticed this leaf with the same damage, but didn’t have that damage before. I also noticed the shoots opening but the tips are crispy. I am unsure of the cause or if these are related, or what could be the cause because I couldn’t find anything similar online.

I keep it near a window, but I move it throughout the day to chase the best lighting and I give it occasional outdoor indirect sunlight weather permitting (been super windy and rainy by me recently!) About a week after purchase, I transplanted it into a terracotta pot with a drainage hole and drain tray, and I used potting soil with orchid bark and peat moss. Since purchase, I’ve watered it I believe twice, when the first inch or two of soil felt dry. Is this all just overwatering or something else? TIA!
