I‘m starting a podcast about a niche trade industry I work in. I’m not too worried about a big audience, but I do want to create good work.

A lot of our episodes will be explaining different elements of our field and telling stories about how we’ve interacted with them.

Does anyone have advice on building a solid foundation for a niche?
