Hello! This is for an Acer Aspire A14-52M laptop...

I'm not sure exactly what caused this (perhaps an update?), but my three-month-old laptop now is not playing audio. There are no audio output devices when I go to Sound Settings. Does anyone know what steps I can take to fix this?

So far I've already tried to download the Realtek Audio Driver from the Acer Support website, but that hasn't worked.

Note that when I purchased the machine recently, the audio also wasn't working right away. I had to download the above driver in order for the new machine to get audio.
