Among other things, they then go through some classic 50s-60s Disney, the peak Disney Renaissance years (1989-1994) and every year since the introduction of the Best Animated Feature Oscar and theorize who would have won this award if it existed, but with the assumption that it always existed (there are several references made to “the history” of this fake award, which I loved).

It’s not all animation though, as they discuss ScarJo in “Her,” The Voice in “Field of Dreams,” and general voice-over narration. At one point they wonder if this award would become the Oscars version of Best Audiobook at the Grammys. It’s a very fun conversation.
