A bit of background: I'm a senior graphic designer working for an Australian company through an outsourcing agency. Pay is around 55–60k/month, no raise in sight, but the workload is genuinely light and the job is fairly stable (at least for now). Early this year I started putting out applications, mostly because I felt like I wasn't growing, and I'm now close to the final round with a company that pays significantly more.
Ito yung na isip ko na options:
Option 1 — Leave current job, take the new FT
Higher pay. But I lose the stability I currently have, and I'm not 100% sure how the new place will be long-term.
Option 2 — Take the new FT and keep my current one
Since my current workload is manageable, I've been thinking about running both at the same time. Yes, it's a lot, but financially it could make a lot of sense short-term.
Option 3 — Stay at current job and just pick up part-time or freelance work on the side
I keep the stability and just supplement income without fully committing to a job change.
DI ako sure ano yung tamang decision. Any thoughts or advice is really appreciated
