I’m 28 years old and for the past year, I’ve had these extreme head pains when I strain my body. But not only strain, because now I’m recent months, it’s gotten triggered by simply getting up or squatting/bending down. I get a rush of this extreme pain around the back of my head, sometimes so painful I can’t breathe or move, and after 15-30 seconds, it’s completely gone. I’ve been CT scanned for aneurysm, but everything head/neck looked good- and I’ve seen a cardiologist with no luck. My next step is neurologist.
Ive got a neurology appointment coming up. Not asking for diagnosis here, just some ideas, and how can I go about explaining it to a professional?
