Advice for my 2013 Passat

I bought a 2013 Passat SEL for about $9k in late November. It had 93k miles on it. It came with a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty before my extended warranty kicked in. 16 days later in mid December, the engine died.
I have had a free Volkswagon loaner since December 3. The first Tiguan loaner, I put 10k miles on it. The second Tiguan, I put around 5k miles on it. I am on the third Tiguan loaner. It has been fabulous having these free loaners while the dealer is locating an engine.
The dealership just announced that they had found a third engine from LKQ to put in my car, but they don’t know if that’s going to solve all the problems. The two engines before had problems. Should I insist that they fix all the problems under their warranty or should I bail.
