I have finished the game, some months now, and I was just exploring the Overworld. Somewhere in the map (I don't remember the exact location), I found a merchant who wasn't letting me buy its stuff because I was missing an expeditioner?! Was it supposed to be Gustave there to be accessible or is it just a bug?
