I really want to get my hair done before my birthday so i can feel more human but i am nervous about a skin reaction. I have an appointment scheduled tomorrow and i need some advice.

my hairdresser knows all about my health so i was gonna ask for baby highlights and for her to try to avoid directly touching my scalp, bring my own cotton towel to put around my neck under the cape and under my neck at the hair wash bowl, ask her to apply the toner at the chair and ask her to try her best to avoid touching my scalp and especially the back of my neck, and also bring my own shampoo and conditioner(which if anyone has any recommendations for shampoo and conditioner i definitely need them because mine don’t work the best)

Does this sound like a plan to avoid a bad flare up? Also has anyone gotten their hair done and found a great hack to lower the chance of a flare?
