I'm not even sure if it's a long video or not, but I have distinct memory of about like 5 seconds worth of footage where these two British guys cheers. Not a cartoon or anything, two real life people, but it's not a video, they don't move naturally, very stiff. Like someone took a photograph and animated it. They basically hit the glasses together and say "Outstanding" or something similar to that. This is basically a hail-mary since I've been trying all sorts of searches to find the blasted thing.
