Since it took my boyfriend and I ages to figure out how these parts go together I figured it would be nice to share with others!
This is a Brass Simmons Viking bedframe with an integral spring base for the mattress. It's like 100 years old, squeaky as fuck and basically functions like a hammock when we sleep in it together but I love it.
The bed rails have holes in them but that's not where the bolts go, the rails just sit under the bolts (which I hoped to show at the end of the video- that the fake bolt holes aren't inside where the bolts go). The integral spring piece that the mattress rests on just rests on top of the L shape of the side rails and is not attached otherwise.
