I need your opinion regarding my workouts
So context: I have been going to the gym for like 2months, and I just renewed my gym membership for my 3rd month. Now, I realized that my split was somehow demanding for me, kasi I also run, kaya medyo hindi ko na maisingit yung run ko sa routine since I have to go sa gym 6x a day–yes PPL po. Now I have decided to change my split to an UL, para 4x a week lang ako mag-gym. This is my first week of doing it, and so far okay naman, but parang nakukulangan ako? or maybe wala na kasing DOMS, dati kasi para sakin sulit workout pag may DOMS HAHAHA.
Here are my workouts
Upper:
Machine Flyes 3x8-12
Inclined Machine Press 3x8-12
Lat Pulldowns 3x8-12
Seated Chest Supported Row Machine 3x8-12
Shoulder Press 3x8-12
Face Pulls 3x15
Lateral Raises 3x10-15
Seated Inclined Bicep Curls 2x10
Barbell Preacher Curl 2x10
Hammer Curls 2x10
Overhead Tricep Extensions(Cable) 2x12
Single Rope Pushdown 2x10
Reverse Tricep Pushdown 2x15
Wrist Curls 2x15
Lower x Abs:

Declined Ab Crunches 3x12(with weight)
Russian Twist 3x12
Goblet Squats 2x12

Bulgarian Splits 2x12

Now here are my goals: I wanna build muscles, and somehow be toned. For my legs I want them to be more on the strength side rather than the aesthetic side. I also don’t wanna do much lifting on them, kasi they get worked 5x a week–3x running and 2x lifting.
Now, may I ask your opinions regarding my workouts? Also is my decision of shifting to a UL split good for my goals?
