Plant growing in Garden Box

Made a few planter boxes for my fiancé and in this one we planted a bunch of different lettuce and spring mix on one side and tomatoes off the other side. We reside in the Florida panhandle so zone 8-9. All soil minus a bit of local horse manure and some potash were store bought bag soil. So once the lettuce sprouted we noticed these plant that do not look like lettuce in our opinion and have what i believe are tree leaves. It is also ONLY in this one box and ONLY on the side where the lettuces and mix were planted. All boxes got the same soil mixes throughout the whole box. When using seek on it we are getting Chinese Tallow/Florida Aspen tree but we aren’t 100% convinced by that app. Could someone confirm or tell me what this may be? We do have a few Chinese Tallow trees on our property but not very close tho the boxes. Only thing i can think of is squirrels hiding seeds but confused why only in this one section of one box.
