I had my account (EU/GR) suspended due to 12 months of inactivity. I now wish to resume playing on that account. The problem is that there's no one to contact, in order to have my account unblocked:

  • The suspension notification email recommends contacting the help center (chatbot) in order to proceed with the unblocking.
  • The help center then asks if I received a suspension notification email. If I answer yes, then it instructs me to go to follow the email's instructions, hence leading to an infinite loop. If I answer no, then a help form appears, which I have filled in many times, with no response.

I can find no other avenues of communication to reach a functioning Pokerstars support. Is there anyone here with a similar experience, or that knows how to contact a Pokerstars human agent, via email, phone or in any other way?

Any help is very much appreciated!
