Did I make a mistake telling my date I wished she asked more questions?
I have been talking to her for over a month now and last week we had first few dates where we mostly walked around for several hours.
She is incredibly introverted. She responds to my questions and if a silence falls she usually picks up the conversation herself again after a while but when I’m talking she doesn’t ask any questions…she doesn’t even give any responses…once I’m done there’s just silence…
Now I’m not egocentric but not getting any responses and engagement from someone who’s very openly interested really puts me off during the conversation. I’m introverted myself and just get completely bummed out if I told something and I’m met with silence. She’s interested but doesn’t show me any actual interest.
I send her a message that I’d really like her to be more comfortable with asking more questions and she instantly became more distant and cold..did I make a mistake?
