Hi, we are in Las Vegas where it is hot. I have heard termites are rare here, but I fear the worst. I’m going to call someone out but it’s Saturday night.

This is under/behind drywall and below a window. We noticed in when taking up our floors and baseboard due to water damage.

What do you think this could be? Or is there anything else I should/can check?
