I’ve been trying to take my first payout on lucid trading but the id verification keeps on failing. I’ve checked for any mistakes on my end but I have not found any. I’ve contacted support but they have not completed my service ticket yet. I did it on Friday evening so obviously I know it will take a little longer than usual. If anyone has any tips to resolve this issue that would me much appreciated.
