I was on Accutane for a while (40x2) and my symptoms were mild. I just had to apply moisturizer after I showered and Aquaphor every 30 minutes or so.

I stopped two months ago and I am still not producing oil and my lips still get dry every 30 minutes. My dermatologist really didn't give me any post Accutane expectations but I heard that after a few weeks I could experience a wave of extra oiliness then it will normalize into a new normal.

Before starting it I could take a shower then a 3 hours later I would have to wipe my face because of the build up of oil.
